The windows environment, laser plain paper print capabilities, direct fax and E-Mail facilities and integral database features, makes Export Office™ a must for anybody involved in the completion of export documents and official forms.

Realistically priced, it saves you time and money by printing most forms on plain paper, but where required it allows you to view and complete the document on screen and print onto pre-printed forms e.g. EU Certificates of Origin.

Designed by experienced exporters and shippers who understand the nature of your job and its problems.

If you know how to work in Windows you can use this software with no additional training.

Features & Documents

The range of documents available is immense with over 60 European forms already available and new forms catering for the specialist needs of NAFTA shippers available shortly.

The types of documents produced include Commercial and Banking Documents, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, IATA shippers declaration, customs declarations (C88 etc) and specialist certificates of origin and value for such diverse destinations as Malawi, Ghana and Sarawak !

Bespoke documents can be supplied quickly and cheaply!

Features include:

Internationally recognised professional export forms approved by the UN and SITPRO.
Integral database stores customer, delivery and payment details as well as repetitive shipment details for rapid document production.
Automatically calculates invoice line item values, invoice totals and sales tax or VAT.
Calculates packing list weights and cube from case weights and dimensions and updates all the forms as appropriate.
Prints any number of different company logos as well as automatically signing documents with your electronic signature.
Supplied with detailed on line help and a full colour manual, it is simple and easy to use.

DOCUMENTS LIST

Listed are the names of forms included in the standard Export Office™ package. Forms are accessed by a single mouse click from the menu. New forms are being added all the time, and individual amendments to forms can be made on demand. Standard Windows copying/pasting functions plus standard phrase library, dictionary apply to all forms.

System Requirements

Export Office™ is 9X, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP compliant.

The software is reliable on all PC platforms with printing to HP compatible printers.

We recommend that, for optimum performance, a Pentium processor with 128mb RAM and a laser printer is used.
